The amazing crew at SERVPRO of Patchogue helped my family though a really tough time when mold was discovered in my home. They came and and really just took over where I was unable to.. During such a terribly rough and confusing time, Rich and his crew just made everything easier to deal with and to get through... I highly recommend them.  5 star service from start to finish.

My wife and I would like to thank Rich and the entire SERVPRO of Patchogue team for their personal attention when treating our basement for mold.

Rich had a company come in to conduct mold readings and the discovery was very high levels of mold.  He described in great detail how he was going to conduct the cleanup and removal of the mold spores.   Rich also gave us great advise on how to prevent any mold from ever coming back. 

Once the cleaning and remediation was complete a new set of readings were taken, and there were no mold spores in the air. 

My wife and I were relieved. 

Your company's professionalism was very comforting during this time of extreme duress for us.  And most importantly the team was extremely respectful and went out of the way to help us in any way they could.
